Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data based on:

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we immediately soft-delete it (data hidden but retained for 30 days for recovery purposes), then permanently delete all data after 30 days.
  • Generated Content: Videos and images you generate are retained until you delete them or your account is deleted. All generated content is permanently removed from storage when your account is deleted.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws.
  • Logs and Analytics: Retained for up to 12 months for security and service improvement purposes.

Upon expiration of the retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with GDPR requirements.
