Guided Mode (Recommended)

Complete Step-by-Step Flow

1Create or Select a Product

Start by creating a new product or selecting an existing one from your product library.

  • Click "Create New Product" to add a new product
  • Fill in basic product information (name, description, category)
  • Or select an existing product from the list
  • Products with "Needs onboarding" tag require additional setup

2Wait for Questions to Generate

After selecting a product, our AI will automatically generate personalized questions about your product.

  • Questions are generated automatically (usually takes 1-2 minutes)
  • You'll see a "Generating questions..." status
  • Wait until questions are ready before proceeding
  • Questions help create a better video script tailored to your product

3Answer Product Questions

Carefully answer all the generated questions to help our AI understand your product better.

  • Answer all questions thoroughly (marked with *)
  • Be specific about features, benefits, and use cases
  • Describe the emotional tone you want (warm, professional, energetic, etc.)
  • Mention key visual elements you want emphasized
  • Character limits are shown - use them fully for best results

4Configure Video Parameters

Once questions are answered, configure your video generation settings in the bottom bar.

Aspect Ratio:

Choose 9:16 (vertical for TikTok/Instagram), 16:9 (horizontal for YouTube), or 1:1 (square)

Resolution:

720p (standard), 1080p (HD), or 4K (ultra HD - requires 8s+ duration for some models)

Model:

Starter (fastest), Creator (balanced), Pro/Ultra/Studio/Cinematic (highest quality)

Duration:

4s, 8s, 12s, or 24s (longer videos cost more credits)

Variations:

1v, 2v, or 3v - Generate multiple versions for more options (costs more)

Method:

Fast AI: Single AI engine, fastest generation
Premium Team AI: Multiple AIs working together, better quality
VIP AI Team: Elite AI collaboration, highest quality results

5Generate Your Video

Review your credit cost and click "Create" to start generation.

  • Check the estimated credits required
  • Ensure you have sufficient credits (shown in green ✓)
  • Click "Create" button to start generation
  • Generation typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on duration and model
  • You'll see progress updates during generation

💡 Pro Tip:

Guided mode is recommended for product videos as it creates the most relevant and professional content. The AI uses your product information and answers to generate a perfect script automatically.

Template Mode

Use pre-designed templates for consistent, professional results with minimal setup.

How to Use Templates:

  1. Browse available templates on the Templates page
  2. Select a template that matches your style and needs
  3. Optionally select a product to include in the template
  4. Upload a custom image if not using a product
  5. Configure video parameters (aspect ratio, resolution, model, duration)
  6. Review credit cost and click "Generate"

Best Practices:

  • Choose templates that match your brand aesthetic
  • Experiment with different templates for variety
  • Templates work great for consistent social media content
  • You can customize parameters while keeping the template structure

Freestyle Mode

Complete creative control with custom storyboards and prompts. Perfect for unique creative projects.

How to Use Freestyle:

  1. Select "Freestyle" mode when choosing video generation
  2. Create a storyboard by adding video segments (up to 3 segments)
  3. Describe each segment in detail (max 200 characters per segment)
  4. Each segment is 4 seconds - total duration shown automatically
  5. Configure video parameters (aspect ratio, resolution, model)
  6. Note: Freestyle uses "Fast AI" method only (Direct generation)
  7. Review credit cost and click "Create"

Writing Great Freestyle Prompts:

  • Be specific: "A serene sunset over a calm ocean with gentle waves"
  • Include details: Camera angles, movement, lighting, colors
  • Set the mood: "Cinematic," "vibrant," "minimalist," "dramatic"
  • Describe actions: "A person walking slowly," "leaves falling"
  • Mention style: "Documentary style," "commercial," "artistic"

💡 Example Segment Prompt:

A cinematic aerial shot of a lush green forest in early morning, with soft golden sunlight filtering through mist. The camera slowly moves forward, revealing a serene mountain lake in the distance. Shot in 4K, natural color grading, smooth camera movement.

Image Generation

Generate high-quality images for your products, social media, or marketing materials.

How to Generate Images:

  1. Navigate to the Image Generation page
  2. Enter a detailed prompt describing the image you want
  3. Select image size: Square (1:1), Landscape (16:9), or Portrait (9:16)
  4. Choose a model: Starter (fastest), Creator (balanced), or Pro (highest quality)
  5. Review credit cost and click "Generate"

Image Prompt Tips:

  • Describe the subject, style, and composition clearly
  • Specify colors, lighting, and mood
  • Mention any specific details or elements you want included
  • Use descriptive adjectives to set the tone

Starter

Best for: Quick generations, testing prompts. Supports 720p only.

Creator

Best for: Balanced quality and speed. Supports 720p and 1080p.

Pro

Best for: High-quality productions. Supports 720p and 1080p.

Ultra

Best for: Professional content. Supports 720p, 1080p, and 4K.

Studio

Best for: Premium productions. Supports 720p, 1080p, and 4K.

Cinematic

Best for: Highest quality productions. Supports 720p, 1080p, and 4K.

Generation Methods

Fast AI:

Premium Team AI:

VIP AI Team:

Elite AI collaboration, highest quality results. Best for professional productions.

Credit Management Tips

Start with shorter videos (4-8 seconds) to test prompts before longer generations

Use lower resolutions (720p) for testing, then upgrade to 1080p or 4K for final versions

Monitor your credit usage in the dashboard and billing page

Subscribe to a plan for better value if you generate content regularly

Purchase credit packages for one-time projects or occasional use

Use "Fast AI" method for testing, then switch to "Premium Team AI" or "VIP AI Team" for final versions

Troubleshooting

Video Generation Failed

  • Check that your prompt doesn't violate content policies
  • Try simplifying your prompt
  • Ensure you have sufficient credits
  • Check your internet connection
  • Wait a few minutes and try again if the service is busy

Poor Quality Results

  • Use more descriptive prompts with specific details
  • Try a higher quality model (Creator, Pro, or Ultra)
  • Increase video resolution (1080p or 4K)
  • Use "Premium Team AI" or "VIP AI Team" method for better quality
  • Refine your prompt based on previous results

Long Generation Times

  • Longer videos take more time to generate
  • Higher resolutions require more processing
  • Complex prompts may take longer
  • VIP AI Team method takes longer but produces better results
  • Be patient - quality takes time!

Questions Not Generating

  • Wait 2-3 minutes for questions to generate automatically
  • Refresh the page if questions don't appear after 5 minutes
  • Ensure your product has a complete description
  • Contact support if issues persist
